Notes & Combos
Credit to starboylj for the inspiration of this deck. Back again with my journey to play all the vrains deck avaiable and trickstar was next. Originally I was going to just play the burn version however that all change when I saw starboy got top 4 in a meta weekly with trickstar/spright. Congrats on the placement but 5 trickstar cards only and no droll for reincarnation loop? Let's double that shall we. A bunch of testing later and I found the perfect ratio for trickstar and spright with handtraps. Wasn't easy since I wanted to keep the deck at 40 and there could have been more cards useful to add. For the trickstar cards I included standard cadina, lilybell, etc but added one corobane and lycoris. Corobane was added has another body on the field but weirdly enough if you are having trouble with avramax you can beat over it with cadina or lycoris since avramax effect only works for special summon monsters. Lycoris was added to help lilybell activate her effect if she was drawn into and if I wanted to take the maxx c challenge. When playing this deck there is two main options I went for. First priority is can you do the reincarnation loop since so many decks need to add to their hand. Primarily Spright, runick, and floowandereeze. Second priority is how many trickstar monsters you can get on the field to help with spright combo. A major issue with my 40 deck is it loses a lot going second. Turn 1 is just too strong right now and instead of adding evenly and dark ruler I just relied on my handtraps due to my restriction of 40 cards. Overall, I think this is the most competitive way to play trickstar without leaning to spright so heavily.
P.S Konami if you are ever going to release support for this deck then make a great link monster for it. Bella donna and holly angel ain't it chief.

All replays of march are trickstar/spright:
1st replay Plat 5: 1st time dueling with the hybrid and shows how the burn damage is more useful than you think.
2nd replay Diamond 3: Shows how trickstar alone can win so don't think the trickstar cards are all dead.
3rd replay Diamond 2: Shows the complete synergy of trickstar/spright and how you are usually playing this deck
