This is my second M1 climb with Mermail. The build is identical to the previous M1 build I played so nothing changed. Most of the cards are pretty much self explained but still I wanna take the opportunity to talk about some great techs I've included due to my personal preference, playstyle and experience.

Genex Undine: an absolute game-changer for myself. Since you will have a hard time resolving your prince going second mainly because all opponents will try to get rid of him before you'll be able to resolve his effect I've decided to include Undine which kinda solves this issue. It sends direcly from the deck as costs which is very powerful triggering your atlantean engine and it's also another Combo-starter. It helped me pushing into big boards by sending infantry/marksman to bait out important interruptions before I usually activate my key cards. It helped me survive alot of interruptions before starting to push for game. The one controller is kinda risky cause if you draw into him the engine is pretty much dead so I was playing two vanillas at the beginning last season but I saw myself drawing too many times into them so I sticked with just 1 and it worked out perfectly. I only draw into it 3 times the whole climb.

Megalo: I love being very aggressive with mermails so I included this amazing card instead of 3 poseidras for several reasons.You can build up chain links with him which protects your discarded atlanteans like dragoons and squad from getting ashed, it searches your abyss spells as another extenders and you can even loop dragoons more often than usual. I liked it alot.

Deep Sea Aria: pretty much the best consistency card in mermails. It's now a little bit weaker than previous season because everybody are playing now lance but still I prefer aria over small world because it does pretty much the same job and you don't go -1.

HT: I've decided to run a very small amount of HT in this deck because I want to keep the consistency high as much as possible and also the engine is insane pushing and breaking big boards but ash and maxx c are still mandatory and I've decided not to play lance but instead of it Impulse which works good against the majority of the meta decks while lance is mostly good against maliss.
