Notes & Combos
I wanted to try this deck PURE since everyone is mixing it with FS and Kash, it's honestly pretty fun. Yes you get bad hands that don't do much. Yes it's like quasi stun. No I don't care. Hold this box for me.
Tech choices:
Where Arf Thou - No idea why people aren't on this. Search any mimighoul other than master, DD Crow, Kurikara (helps a ton going second), droll, etc. 100% run it if you're running pure or snake eyes.
Borrelguard - Kinda high roller and doesn't come up that often but you can force flip stuff with him. Could take him and maybe apo out and run UDF stuff which could come up every game pretty much. Your best bet for getting a lot of link materials is slime and charm. Outside of that you're probably not making this.
Azalea - Free removal climbing up to accesscode, IP can go into her, doesn't trigger GY effects. You could run unicorn instead but I don't want to discard.
Ensemblue Robin - Super good in mimighoul. If they can't normal summon, she bounces anything they could summon. You can get as many bounces as materials she has since she's not OPT.
Piloting the deck:
Priorities:
- GET DUNGEON ON THE FIELD
- GET MIMIGHOUL ROOM SETUP (this is your win con, once you've got those 2, you've got some flexibility)
- Next priority if you don't have it, get Mimighoul Maker. (you want to give them slime and you summon archfiend but it's a bit gamba, you can also go for dragon here. Remember if you already have 1 in hand you can guarantee you summon it so keep that in mind if you drew archfiend... archfiend in hand then maker for slime and cerberus guarantees you get lots of bodies to work with
- If you have all these things, get your high roller card, Mimighoul Charm and have some fun
- Make giant mimighoul and throne or ensemblue robin. If you have ALL the cards you need, skip giant.
- Link off giant + anything extra into IP
On opponent's turn, if they refuse to flip whatever you gave them up, save room for the book of moon effect. If they flip what you gave them, immediately activate room to keep their normal summon shut off. If you have Master on field, save DRAGON for room's effect. Since they can't flip it the turn you gave it to them, you can sit on dragon and use it to wipe their field and stop their plays.
Going second, you're usually gonna make giant into zeus. You can put the lyrilusc that can attack direct in the deck for this but I didn't need her too often. You have TTT cards, Kurikara, and Zeus for 2nd
