Since the Expurrely are not able to be summoned, Purrelyeap!? is ditched even though its GY effect can be useful for grind games. Instead, Purrely Sharely!? is here as the Trap to be set by Epurrey Noir and it felt pretty good in practice!
For most purposes it was used to get a Epurrely Beauty with Purrely Pretty Memory attached -- in otherwords Purrely Infinite Impermenance. This was usually ensured by Stray Purrely Street to attach Pretty onto Noir at the End Phase. The only other use I had was to put damage on the field Epurrely Happiness during my own turn when I didn't need to attach an opponent's card away.
Overlay Network is the only other card really worth being brought up; the main intent here is to add Purrely Delicious Memory to the hand or a power Spell if I were to ever get Plump on field (never got to summon, please relax restraint on Delicious Memory, Konami). Otherwise can cope with Rank 1 Xyz if your hand or GY permits, but that was just a bonus and never happened in the Festival.
