Notes & Combos

This deck is a lightweight 40 main deck Centur-Ion focused deck which I used to get to DLevel Max. The deck consists of easy-to-summon, powerful level 8, 10 and 12 synchro monsters such as Primera Primus, Chaos Angel and Cosmic Blazar Dragon. It also includes an option for a link-4 Apollousa if it is desired.

It carries both a reduced fiendsmith engine, as well as a bunch of bystials for interactions/synchro material.

I think that the deck is fairly resilient against handtraps as you have a few starters (Fiendsmith Tract, Emblema Oath, etc), and does really well against maxx c/ droll as you can synchro summon during the enemy's turn.

Engine utility/synergy

Bystials because of banishment and utility, as well as use to synchro with a level 4 Centur-Ion tuner to get a level 10 Synchro monster (Baronne and Chaos Angel in this case.) You can also get tribute Lubellion onto the field, which lets you search for Branded regained continuous trap, as well as being a body for a lvl 12 synchro with a lvl 4 centur-ion tuner.

Fiendsmith cards, Magistus Chorozo, Moon of the closed heaven and Lyna to get into the Centur-Ion combo by synchro summoning with Magistus and Lacrima into lvl 8 Primera Primus. Fiendsmith cards can also act as handtrap bait, and has the potential to get link-4 Apollousa on the field if you so choose.

Extra deck utility/Logic

End on Baronne for omni-negate+ destroy.

End on Chaos Angel for protection of synchro monsters. Level 4 Primera + any other Bystial to proc light and dark effect (all lvl 6 besides Lubellion)

End on Cosmic Blazar Dragon for omni negate, summon negate and skip battle phase

End on Red Supernova Dragon for opponent board banish

End on Centur-Ion Legatia for protection of 2k or less atk monsters, draw 1, 1 enemy monster destroy, as well as follow up (Set 1 centur-ion monster in spell and trap zone during end phase)

End on Centur-Ion Auxila to search any Centur-Ion card and spell trap zone protection, as well as follow up (Set 1 centur-ion monster in spell and trap zone during end phase)

Replaceable cards

Red Supernova Dragon replaced with 2nd Cosmic Blazar Dragon. Why? Because many decklists run 2x Cosmic Blazar for 2 omni negates. I kinda cheaped out because Supernova was given out for free.

The other cards such as Magistus Chorozo and Lyna can be replaced with Fiendsmith Desirae and Fiendsmith Agnumday if you choose to have a fiendsmith endboard.
