Notes & Combos

Haven't been playing at all recently, but Crystron motivated me to try for Stage 2 before I move.

This deck's grind game is genuinely unbeatable; if you get to play you're going to win. I went second against Branded like 5 times and won every single time, it's that good in the grind.

42 was a mistake as far as card count goes, but idk what to cut tbh. Format is too high variance to cut non-engine and without Prasiortle hands get extremely cloggy extremely quickly. Every time I saw the Millenium cards I won, going first or second- I wouldn't play a bigger package though, the deck's consistent enough as-is.

I targeted my non-engine towards Primite Fiendsmith and Blue-Eyes, and it paid off pretty well. Nib in particular was the MVP, Master Duel players are allergic to playing around anything so it ended turns almost every time I saw it. Droplet also singlehandedly cooks the Fiendsmith board, to the point that my opponents usually scooped on the spot if it resolved and sent a Crystron name.

Hagoita came up a couple of times (it singlehandedly FTKed White Forest and Spright), but it was mostly there as another Target to summon off Tristalos effect in response to a Maxx C or a Charmy. You could cut it for a TY-PHON or a synchro 8/10 to play around Droll with Tristaros and the Milleniums.
